Mistaken Identity Led to Harassment, Property Damage

I was targeted for a debt I do not owe. I received a judgement despite proof in writing from Capital One confirming I do not owe this debt and they have the wrong "Tracey." Their gross negligence sent a sheriff to my home, resulting in harassment and property damage, forced papers I kindly refused. Officer left papers denying they had the wrong person, while damaging my property on video.. I have no court records history at all, this was a clear case of mistaken identity and a violation of my civil rights based off a common name and a address. I know the Lord got this. I've seen him take down Giants.
I urge everyone to demand accountability from law firms, courts, and government agencies to implement rigorous, foolproof identity verification processes. This means no shortcuts, verifying multiple forms of ID, cross-checking databases, and never relying solely on a common name and address. We must raise our voices loudly, sharing stories, pushing for stronger laws, and holding negligent parties responsible. Mistaken identity is not just an inconvenience; it is a serious injustice that shatters trust and safety. The time to act is now. We cannot allow careless errors to ruin lives. Proper identity investigation is a matter of justice, dignity, and respect for every individual’s rights.
